Gameplay Overhaul
FC 26 now has more responsive dribbling, smarter AI positioning, and sharper, more explosive movement, all based on community feedback. Goalkeepers now react more naturally with improved positioning, animations are more lifelike, and new Playstyles and Player Roles give you more ways to shape how your team plays.
You can set your gameplay preferences between Competitive and Authentic Gameplay.
Ultimate Team Tournaments
Two new Ultimate Team Modes are coming alongside a revamped Champs and Rivals system. Ultimate Team Tournaments and Live Events are coming to FC 26. There’s been no word on Live Events but Tournaments are a 4 stage knockout event, presumably with rewards for winning.
There is a new Champions mode coming too, this will be aimed towards the lower skilled/division players with presumably lower ranked rewards.
FC 26 Cover Star
We’ve had both the Standard and Ultimate Edition covers confirmed for FC 26. As we’ve already mentioned, Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be coming to FC 26 and will feature as the Ultimate Edition Cover Star. The Standard Edition cover will feature both Jude Bellingham and Jamal Musiala.
FC 26 New Confirmed Icons
Zlatan is back. It was confirmed on Monday that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be the Ultimate Edition Cover star and will be coming as an Icon in FC 26. We also saw Alex Morgan teased in the Ultimate Team menus, we can only presume this means she’s coming as an Icon too!
