The FC 26 Career Mode Deep Dive introduces exciting changes to Manager and Player Career. The Manager Live Challenges offer evolving experiences on a weekly and monthly basis in a dynamic Hub, inspired by community challenges.

Icons and Heroes, introduced in FC 25 Player Career, are now available in Manager Career through the Season Pass. Manager Market adds a new dimension where managers can change clubs, be poached, sacked, or pursue new opportunities, creating a living managerial environment.

FC 26 brings a significant update to Stats and Data with Deeper Simulation in Career Mode. Managers can now simulate up to five additional leagues alongside their main league, accessing historical player data and previous season's stats for teams in all simulated leagues.

Unexpected Events introduce dynamic narrative scenarios to Career Mode, reflecting real-world football's unpredictability. Managers must adapt, make tough decisions, and adjust strategies for short-term and long-term success, enhancing authenticity.

The UEFA Women’s Champions League format has been updated in FC 26 to align with the competition's new structure. Featuring an 18 team League Phase, new tiebreaker rules, and knockouts, it is playable in Tournaments mode with customizable teams in each pot.
