This is what Evolutions are all about, none of this Theo Hernandez nonsense, moving our favourite goalscoring machines to Centre Back. We’ve run through some of the best and more interesting picks for the new ST to CB Evo and some of the incredible chains you can run with it!

Erling Haaland - 3 Evolutions

This is a personal favourite and one I can vouch for. Haaland might not have the same stats as some of the other guys in this list, but he has that aura in game. He was an incredible Centre Half for me and even rocked him at CDM. The height and build really make this item special.

Nick Woltemade - 4 Evolutions

The 6’6” German Striker has been linked with Chelsea this season but we presume they won’t be playing him as a Centre Back. Maxed out Defending, all 6 Defensive PlayStyles and 95 Pace, there’s not much more you could ask for.

Lequincio Zeefuik - 5 Evolutions

What Zeefuik is this card? Did I only include this guy in the list so I could make that joke? Yes. But it is also an incredible card, another 6’6” player and one that can also play in multiple positions. Is it worth 725,000? Maybe not...

Isak Toure - 5 Evolutions

Okay technically this one isn’t a Striker to CB, but a CB to CB. You do have to give him the ST Position Change from the Season Pass, but to make a 6’9” Centre Half even better, you’re not turning that down. Isaak Toure has been a fan favourite this year and this card proves why.

Kyle Hudlin - 5 Evolutions

Speaking of Evolution fan favourites, our best pick for this Evo is none other than Kyle Hudlin. We don’t need to say much more, maxed out Defending, 96 Pace, Quick Step+. No matter how hard you try, you’re not getting past this card.
